Event Service Scandinavia is run by Mikkel, Joakim and Emil. We have produced events for the past 15 years, and we come from international film production across Scandinavia, where locations, people, travel, permits, suppliers, weather and last-minute changes all have to come together.

Event Service Scandinavia puts the two together: events, hospitality and experiences, run the way we run a film production.

Used to demanding tasks.

We have produced events for the past 15 years. Events are nothing new to us.

On top of that, we come from international film production. We have looked after well-known actors from all over the world, handled VIP hospitality and produced high-level events and film productions across the Nordics.

It taught us to coordinate people, places, transport and suppliers, solve problems quickly and handle the unexpected without making the complexity visible. We bring that to every event, venue and experience we produce.

The core team stays small. The crew doesn't have to.

Wherever a project goes in the Nordics, we work with people we know locally: producers, fixers, drivers, boat crews, guides, hotels and specialist suppliers.

Discretion

100% confidentiality.

Some of the best work should never become a case study. We are used to working around confidential productions, unreleased products, public figures and sensitive schedules. The same discretion applies to the events we produce.

Guest lists, locations, programmes and client information stay private. If a project requires NDAs, restricted crew information, controlled photography or no social media, we build that into the production from the beginning.
