Who we are

Event Service Scandinavia is a trading name of Production Service ApS, CVR 35047026, Flæsketorvet 38 B, 1711 København V, Denmark. Production Service ApS is the data controller. You can reach us at hello@eventservicescandinavia.com.

This website

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. There are no forms on the site, and the fonts are served from our own website. Our web host processes technical data such as IP addresses when it delivers the pages, for security and operation.

When you contact us

If you email us or write to us on WhatsApp, we use your name, your contact details and what you write to answer you and to plan your event. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)). WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to messages sent through it.

Booking a meeting

Meetings are booked on a Google Calendar booking page. Google processes the name and email address you enter and sends the confirmation with the Google Meet link, and we receive the booking in our calendar. Our email and calendar run on Google Workspace, so Google processes these data on our behalf.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only when it is needed to deliver your event, for example with a venue or a supplier. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as we need them to answer you and to deliver the event. Accounting material is kept for the five years that Danish bookkeeping law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@eventservicescandinavia.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
